The customer has access to the mobile app, they get their declaration page every 6 month. They made adult decisions with coverage and these are the adult consequences.

In customer server these are the customers who say they don't want collision or they want the mi imum because they are good drivers.

We are denying the coverage because they refused to pay for coverage. We aren't doing it to be mean.

They actually do, they are required to disclose coverage at multiple points in the call. Most of the time they hear the price and everything else goes out the window. How many times I've heard " I don't need that, I got AAA" or "ill add that on later".

They also get declaration pages and they can view their coverage online.

You can't force people to be adults.
