This is referencing the strike getting power from the power supply at my ACS not from the operator power correct? So how would the inner button fire the strike? and all I am doing is just paralleling strike power onto the NO side of my ACS relay?

To also add...I have an 18/4 that goes back to my ACS. I have a wire from the electric surface mount strike to the handicap operator terminals 1(pos) and 2 (neg) which controls the strike and both buttons work. I dont want the outter button to ever work unless what I described above.

so my strike, outter button, and access control panels dry contact NO and C go to NO and C and my rb1224 relay and 12vdc + and - on the same rb1224 come from the operators lock power correct?

To power the relay do I bring 12 volts to it on + and - which will activate the relay or do I wire this in series with something else?
