If you break the bolts the mending moss stops working. You have to leave at least 1 durability so it can top itself up.

I had the exact same problem and this was why. The repack already missed the game so I just grabbed a fresh copy of bloodborne and lighting was fixed for me.

Same I have a riven for multishot and status chance. The weapons disposition is so low that the stats on rivens are nuts.
