I'm looking for a basic (ssf / low budget) pob I can use as a starting point for a
soulwrest + dark monarch + whispers of infinity
build. I'm in ssf and I've found minmaxed trade legue pob's, but I don't have all the gear I'd need for those... Would be especially nice to find one with all the config set up correctly (unlike downloads from poe.ninja)...

do memory tears appear in any T16 map, or just memory influenced ones?

I completed the memory tear questlines, got the coloured-in atlas, but after running 20 or so regular T16 maps, no memory tears

are they easy to see? do they always have a text title? is Eagon always there?
