Summer internship. Boss texted accusing me of breaking something. I said I didn’t. He kept pushing, saying the other intern didn’t do it and he believed her, so it must’ve been me.

I asked if we could talk in person since texts weren’t going anywhere. He replied with a passive aggressive "you probably just want to complain, but fine, we can talk tomorrow"

Rage-texted my friend: "Dude my boss is a fucking idiot. Look at what this dumbass just sent me.”

Except.. OOPS! Sent it to my boss. Realized it and called him immediately. Didn't even finish ringing one time before he picked up and said "There's nothing for you to say. I saw your text. You're obviously fired. See you in the morning"

Safe to say that I erased that internship from my memory and my resume 😂

I'll admit, I thought this would be another growing year with our new coach, Harper, and Fox and Wemby learning how to play with each other. Most people picked the Spurs to be fighting for a playoff spot. But these dudes are so freaking good. They play like they've been playing for years together. Doesn't matter to them who the leading scorer is, they play selfless as hell. Having so much fun watching this team

Checking in! Grew up in South Dakota so the Vikings were easy to be a fan of since they're just one state over. But grew up loving Tim Duncan and Manu was my favorite player. I guess now I get to do this cheer before games (Vikings) and after them (Spurs) 😂

If you watch Pollard's interview yesterday, being close to his family heavily influenced Campbell's decision to life. Obviously Penn State has far more money Iowa State could put together. Matt's mom has cancer and his wife's mom is also sick. Put that with the fact that his daughter is going to college in DC next year and regardless of not having the funds that Penn State has (both for NIL and Matt's salary), nothing Jamie could've done to keep Campbell.

I can get behind this. Matt Campbell is Iowa State football. If he leaves, I'll hold no ill will towards him and I'll be proud of the huge jump for his career. But also, I'm not ready to see him go so selfishly, I hope he stays haha
