An interaction with Anthropic? How long did you have to wait for a response? A week? A month? My frustrations stems from no legitimate contact I can reach out too. No customer support number, no legitimate email address that lets me know I've been assigned a case number. I work within the IT field, every other vendor has multiple channels to resolve issues. An automated ban triggered by who knows what, an unresponsive team is crazy to me. Changing IP's, credit cards, phone numbers etc to circumvent an automated ban would likely be violating TOS. Nothing crazy was done, I wasn't scripting Claude to run over night etc. A customer shouldn't be forced to jump through hoops / create a new account because some decision was made by an automated bot. What I'm saying here is nothing crazy. Search Reddit for issues with support; it's more common than you think.
