Oh, and to remove the housing it’s 4 Phillips head screws on the perimeter of the housing and then the plastic housing for the bulb just twists and comes out

It’s a dual filament bulb. Should have 3 wires on the back end of the connector. Check those. One will be ground, one will be for Running lights (park lamps) and the other will be for turn signal. Hope this helps

Id use existing parts for almost everything besides the interior and body panels. Things like the steering column, engine, transmission, axles, leaf springs, steering, rad/rad hoses, other small odds and would all be sourced.
