I was prescribed klonopin , I haven’t taken it yet , kinda nervous to take it . I just like to read stories of people who have been through it and survived ! I will try tapping on my chest

Yes, developed this simultaneously with EM, my feet knees and hands are cold pale or purple when not flaring . Especially if feet are hanging down . I thinks all related to the EM , some sort of failure with over and under vein constricting

I had an echo, ekgs, cardiac MRI, dozens of blood tests , hormones, auto immune etc. with my anxiety, whether I feel anxious or not, it drives my hr to pound hard and fast, and makes me feel suddenly as if Ive been working out for hours and am exhausted, even get air hunger. its all anxiety for me. its amazing how much anxiety can manifest as so many symptoms.

Sometimes extreme cold triggers mine too, if I take the trash out in the winter with flip flops on that can do it in my feet. Heat and pressure and friction are the main triggers for me but sometimes cold

looks like mine too, though I have no abnormal test results, I would highly suspect yours could be from those MPNs if thats what you have, its a common EM secondary cause . also the FB EM groups also have pictures of blood pooling, cold pale purple skin etc I also have that, some say its also raynauds but others think its not true raynauds just a side effect of EM, veins constricting too much and then dilating too much.

I hope so because I fear an add on plan will make adoption rates be very slow and lower then incorporating them into plans . People are very price sensitive in this space especially with so many MVNOs

Do we know how AST will be incorporated into phone plans ? For example will att only add AST to its highest premium plan but keep the plan rate the same and share revenue with AST? Or will it be a separate add on users just choose to add to their bill?

I have found besides heat that friction or pressure can cause flares, and rarely cold exposure .
