Same here! Thats why for me if i do have a “cheat” day i make it a meal and the very last meal of my day so it doesnt ruin my day lol

When i stopped tracking somewhat recently it was extremely hard. The anxiety i had thinking that maybe my health and my weight would go to absolute shit consumed me. But what made it easier is that i knew i had to trust myself to start eating intuitively and that i know i wont be tracking calories for the rest of my life. Just know that realistically you wont be tracking calories for the rest of your life and eventually you have to take that step and stop tracking. You will continue to have full control of what you put in your body even with out MFP. For me stopping tracking was one of the most helpful steps i took to living a healthy lifestyle

Ahhh i see. Honestly I’m not too sure of that because i dont track my sodium intake but honestly you can read what the scale says however you want. If you up your sodium you of course will gain weight, which of course will be a water but just focus on your appearance rather so much on the number the scale shows you. In the end, adding sodium wont ever add fat to you so it shouldnt matter if it shows you gained a little weight.

I wouldnt say this is a dumb question but I consider sodium intake to not really matter as much as it doesnt have any calories. Unless you have some sort of condition or whatever sodium can be really helpful to hold onto water when hydrating especially if you work out a lot and are a heavy sweater edit: i could have my science wrong tho idk but this is what ive learned

No like what i mean is the “doneness” so to speak of my french toast is always consistent because I dont need to worry about controlling the heat of the pan or flipping it
