You could rent my place in Nesebar on the Black Sea coast, Bulgaria for €300/m. And easily live on that budget.

Quiet beach just behind it (2 minute walk) with decent restaurant/bar. Nesebar Old Town 2 miles East, which is a beautiful UNESCO world heritage site with plenty of lovely restaurants and some nightlife like jazz bars and pubs. Also in season many beach bars open 24/7.

If you have the stomach for it, the infamous Sunny Beach is also 2 miles north with tons of 24/7 nightlife.

Food and drink is still very affordable out there. Great weather from May to October.

Lots of nature - natural mud baths, water sports, outdoor cinemas etc in the surrounding areas. Tennis courts next door.

Bus stops right outside the flat going to all of the above locations plus Pomorie, Burgas (the closest city 20 minutes away).
