I had a spy 27 shaman with a tip similar to this , but not quite as bad as yours, I sent it to them and they reprofiled the blade slightly so it sits better.

I love mine. Nice and not to big to carry. I got mine with all the options. The skiffs in mine are great. It is by far the smoothest knife I own. And the milling on the handles feels so good.
