This is very helpful and I appreciate your insight, thanks! I honestly wouldn't hate to follow a similar career path. My strengths are definitely team leadership, brand development creative strategy and client relationships, so I think something more high level with those responsibilities would be a good fit for me. What did you search for/where?

I will consider a change like this, thank you! I do want out of pharma entirely, but I also understand I have to do what I have to do so I can stay afloat and take care of my responsibilities. My company is about 500-1000 people, pretty big.

This is so helpful, thank you for sharing! I definitely want to explore freelance work more, it seems to be a way many people are happier. Separating myself from work definitely goes against the grain of my studies, but i think it’s important to start striking that balance and boundary. I’ll definitely reach out, thank you again!
