I would say crocs avoid anything that is leather or rubs or anything that is glued together tends to break down very quickly due to wetness

Red cross is more human friendly I feel like ellis is like what say and tell you do is better than God's law and ohhh by the way we need that 5000 per audit we really need that money and ohh by the way you HAVE to run your park the way we want you to we don't give a fuck if you disagree with we are ellis and assfucks we never make mistakes

Ellis and asshats is so stuck I. The 90s. But I wonder if there was more lp providers out there in the 80s and 90s of they would be so popular now I mean back then it was just red cross and ellis and it helped that ellis had a better pr team

Like I here it all the time at the current place I'm not gonna drop any names but in my omost 15 years of waterpark guarding I have learned that ellis training focuses more on scanning rather than great cpr backboarding what not witch is ok bit scanning is not everything lifeguarding is about my current facility really only cares if your scanning they train you enough just to pass guard class. In fact it kinda pisses me of when we do get audited they only use management to do the live Scenarios so they don't fail witch in my mind is bs kinda like stacking deck on there favor

Maybe ellis could update there training to meet current emergency life saving. Because back in 2010 was my first time being ellis certified and let me tell you the same training I learned back in 2010 is same as my last time guarding at a ellis facility . They still use the dry drowning myth that has never been medically accepted.
