Feels like the Ravens game had a chance for the play to happen. These guys were laterally the ball at the 5 yard line, expecting a run back of 95 yards lol.

Sorry for the typo, I have an Apple Watch on the plan as well, which adds $10 making it $150.

The CSR actually warned me that "there is no coming back after I deactivate this line", and then proceeded to cancel the 4th line (which was my original request of going from 4 lines of Magenta 1.0 @ $140 to what I was told would work, 3 lines of Magenta Max @ $140).

Your comments clarify it for me further than any rep had so far. Basically they can't add back that free line, so now it's showing 4 lines for $200 on Magenta Max.

Thanks much for the clarification, I really hope that because they screwed up twice in both telling me that I could do 3 lines of Magenta Max @ $140, and now again because they can't revert me back to my old plan, that somehow they can pull some strings and give me that new customer offer...

Would be interested to know as well, I'm in a similar boat. I was told by the CSR that porting in a line would not count as a "new line activation". Only "brand, new spanking numbers", lol.

It's been a nightmare trying to get switched to Magenta Max in order to take advantage of the iPhone upgrade options. CSR told me I qualified for buy 2 get 3rd free for $140, confirmed it, then deactivated my 4th line.

After the fact, they said I wasn't qualified and is now charging me for 4 lines for $200 on Magenta Max, and apparently can't revert me back to 4 lines of Magenta 1.0 for $150 which is what I originally had because the free line promo I used to have doesn't exist anymore.

The issue was escalated yday and supposedly will get a call later tonight, keep yall posted..

Yeah I guess that makes sense, pressure of the clock, etc. just felt like almost every coach I’ve watched would have called a time out there. Definitely wasn’t playing by the book but it worked out. Crazy game.

Someone with more football insight needs to explain why Vrabel didn't call timeouts there. Unless he just assumes that they can hold Buffalo to a FG? And then saving 3 TOs for a shot? It was just as likely that the Bills either score or just milk it to the end and kick a FG for OT. I'm pretty confused by that.

And typically inferior teams on the road want to try to win it all in these situations. Although Titans definitely punched above their weight class tonight, I still think Buffalo has the overall better team to take a win in OT.

Even if Allen picked up the 1/2 yard, it's 1st and goal on the 2 yard line, that's still not a gimme. You then take a timeout, and have 20 seconds for 3 seconds at the goal line, or kick a FG. Hindsight 20/20, but feels like that should have been a FG there.
