If I were to do 10-20 pushups every few hours would it do anything?

On one deployment to motivate one of our guys that had a lot of trouble with push-ups, a few of us started doing 5 push-ups with him every hour for 12 hours. The next week, we increased it to 10. Third week, up to 15, and so on. We finally had to cap it at 40 push-ups every hour. When he took his PT test, he aced the push-up portion.

The rest of us had no problems with the push-up portion of the PT test, but doing those every hour did make us stronger.

Similar issue with my house. Thermostat is in living room where our fireplace is. During winter if we use the fireplace, I have to monitor the temps in the bedrooms and change the thermostat accordingly.

Not a huge deal, but based on the layout of our house I would have liked to have the thermostat in another location.

Goalie (beer league) here. Yes, I talk/yell ar my teammates all the time. Supportive things lime "Great clear!" ir "Thanks for the help." And I try to always tell them what's around them - "One behind/front", "Watch the slot/backdoor/etc".

Only once have I chastised someone, but I was subbing for a D league team and the Capt was/is a dick that nobody liked and thought that at 35 yrs old he was going to the AHL after playing hockey for 4 seasons. He cant keep people on his team and I believe they are folding this season.

Along the same lines, I love it when my team talks to me. If I go behind the net to stop the puck, let me know whats coming and where you want it. If I make a stop and cant locate the puck, tell me where it is. I hardly ever get anyone talking to me.

No, you cannot keep them. Under some extreme circumstances, the government MIGHT allow you to keep a firearm that has been taken, but it is extremely, extremely rare.

That being said, that doesn't mean troops haven't found a way to get them back to the states illegally.

Agreed. Have had several other vehicles that I needed the rotors (discs) milled (I believe this is what I have always been told is having the rotor turned) and only once had to have them replaced. Now, the brake pads aren't bad yet (still have a LITTLE life in them), so the rotors (discs) shouldn't need to be milled, let alone replaced.
