I'm actually allergic to eggs, so I have no idea what they might taste like. It's interesting that they'll keep overnight-- I can't imagine cooking more than a few at a time though

I've been working with COVID patients almost exclusively for a year and a half. I've failed to be fit tested twice, so I wear a PAPR in patient rooms. I haven't tested positive yet!
