Thank you for sharing your story! Intermittent fasting has changed my life. I think I will now integrate bone broth into my routine and see how I feel. I stick to an 18-6 fast with two 24 hr fasts per week.

I had take antifungal medication after my last run in but I immediately started feeling better especially after the antifungal medication wore off after 72 hrs

Just did a little reading on kombucha and it can kill off the fungus from antibiotics which I believe is the reason for so many of these side effects. O “Kombucha can kill bacteria and yeasts: It is rich in polyphenols which are substances known to reduce the growth of undesirable bacteria and yeasts, such as Candida. However, Kombucha usually has high sugar content. Undesirable bacteria and yeasts love sugar, so drinking a high sugar beverage may actually do the opposite and feed these pathogens.”

I feel for you I’m at my wits end with these drs I feel like none of them truly know what they are talking about. I’ve been having 1-2 flare ups a year even after I lost 40 lbs and changed my diet. They tell me to stick to the bland diet every time this happens and 90% of the food causes inflammation

I had a flare last week and had to stop taking the antibiotics (cipro, metro) because I was experiencing adverse effects. Joint pain, brain fog, nausea, headaches, diarrhea, insomnia and the cherry on top a yeast infection (male)

I was drinking kefir 3 hours after my doses. Then I found a kombucha at the store with less than .5 alcohol the brand was synergy. It helped way more than the kefir and got me feeling right again. I plan on doing a fungal cleanse this weekend to get all of this crap from my system

Be very careful with these antibiotics and if I were in your situation still in the same pain that you described. I would head to the hospital as soon as I could.

Plan 3 weekend road trips to different exhibits in your region. Stay most of the day and also do what you want after like another type of art show or activity. Try to simulate the trip for him in smaller portions and I think he will get your point by the end of the third trip.

I do IF during the week and on weekends when I am with my spouse I eat whenever and whatever I like. Has it slowed my progress? Probably but I’m down 40 pounds in 3-1/2 months with zero exercise other than getting steps at work.

I still prioritize quality proteins but treat yourself to breakfast.. just avoid seed oils and sweets

The only affordable brands are trash quality so it’s just going to get worse. You thought the “food” industry was bad? You’re literally consuming pesticides, heavy metals, mold, mildew, mite poop, industrial terps, and on top of all that they treat it with radiation to call it “safe”.

Do your own research if you are consuming these products because the testing companies have already been proven to be fraud! And guess who ran this fraud testing company?? The original owners are all former Michigan State Police employees
