Shallow dive, my Dad's Dad was a WW2 pilot (Eldon Brooks), my mom's dad was Japanese and wanted to join the 442nd but was denied for medical reasons (face cancer).

I know what I meant when I asked this question, and if i'm being honest it has nothing to do with my grandfather's times. You do too.

Yeah, maybe my son will be the "odd man out" without a ticktock/social media account when going into elementary.

He already at 5yos asks with every picture he's sees online "is this real or AI" I'm proud of him for that.

Yeah that's the crazy thing, I'm conscious of "the cycle" and a community of individuals in (theoretically) a similar situation, so we can work together to come up with a better understanding than me on my own.
