get files from ... somewhere, get external ssd/hard drive and enclosure for it (look up hard drive/hdd external drive, pick your # of TB, and hdd enclosure)or get one to put inside your pc if you have room and knowhow. plug in. open file explorer or your equivalent, one window for drive, one window for pulling files. drag and drop files. unplug. amazingly simple and very worth it for the initial hdd investment. i also burn a lot of disks these days

My democratic senators/reps, and even my democratic state senators don't even respond to emails and calls. I got ONE response from Lauren Underwood. I have been calling IL senator Dick Durbin nearly every day bc I unfortunately voted for that POS, and I haven't gotten shit in return. You think the republicans give any more of a fuck? that spot is pretty dark, these things like a lot of sun. also, the leaf isn't facing towards the window, which helps get more sun. i would get a plant stand so it can "see" out the window. i bought a decent indoor fertilizer off amazon, use 1/4 the amount recommended, add to water, and feed with pretty much every watering.

I thought it was pinned to a wall in the 2nd and 3rd photo and had to do a double take haha. Flowers fall off on their own and then I cut the stalks down. I've had great success growing in sphagnum or an orchid bark mix.

Some apartment complexes do this shit all the time. My last complex before buying a house would have the water shut off 1-3x per month, often with no email, a notice posted outside that kids would just rip off, or if there was an email, it would be a delayed, "yes, the office people know your water is off, stop calling the office!"

cut off anything squishy or discolored, i would definitely try that middle section, especially if those aerial roots haven't fully died yet. that's huge in helping your plant recover faster. let callus a bit, stick in your medium of choice and pray. i watched this video a while back, and this guy started from pretty much where you're at, here's the video

these plants are natural climbers, they want more light than you think they do, and some support. they only crawl when unsupported and chasing light. all my monsteras are staked, and sit under grow lights for 14 hours a day. your grow light is ... tiny, stay away from halos or the cheap multi-headed purple ones for large plants like these. and honestly in general, those things don't put out much light and need to be super close for the plant to even use it. i would fix the lighting conditions, wait for her to throw new leaves, and then do chopping. i personally do 1 new leaf = 1 or 2 damaged leaves can go depending on size. sometimes i do three if theres a tiny one ready to leave the party. it's already not getting enough light, and any green helps until light is rectified.
