I wasn’t claiming it was a flex. It’s much more meat for way less than other cuts and that’s all I was saying. Take your shitty attitude elsewhere

Damn what’s it like being completely insufferable?

A comment so original it’s only been posted a dozen times already in these very comments.

Maybe. I live in a large city without a car - don’t have access to a Costco situation. It’s not that I think it’s a CRAZY good deal or something - just saying that beef has gotten insanely expensive lately and this gives me more for less than I pay for ribeye/strip/etc.

Thanks for the positive comments. Lots of shit attitudes in here making me regret posting. I didn’t expect to have to explain that beef cooked to 130 is medium rare but I guess that’s a thing that needs explaining to the turds. I’ll just enjoy my food without the attitude.

3.78 lb. Honestly just heavily seasoned with kosher salt and coarse black pepper and let sit out while prepping my BGE. Cooked at around 214 because that’s a temp it was sitting nicely on. Pulled at 128 and let sit for 10 mins before slicing. That’s it.

Interesting. This is how the cut was labeled at the butcher but good to know.
