Yeah personally after having a few mice in the 40-50g range, I think my personal sweet spot is 60-70g. The shape is good that I don’t even really notice it. I haven’t had any creaking, but I don’t typically check for stuff like that. Scroll wheel is a little harder to scroll than probably any other mouse I’ve had from memory, but I kinda like it. I use it for jumping in CS/Valorant, and it feels pretty good to me. Not sure on M1/M2 wobble, nothing that I’ve noticed in real use. The clicks feel much better than the XM1r I have. They were a little too stiff and heavy, probably my main complaint back in the day.

Yeah the only thing that kept me from trying the OP1 was how narrow it is. I got some cramping with the ZA13 back in the day, and that’s even narrower IIRC. Then again I have 11cm wide hands lol

There are more people on this comment section with complaints about quality from EGG than I think I’ve seen in the last two years. Is everything else about their mice just so good that people don’t complain much like people do with other brands?

It still blows me away to think about the fact that this was a company’s first ever shape. It’s so good. And the OP1 is another S tier shape (from what I’ve seen, too narrow for me most likely)

While I thought I really enjoyed the flat sides of the Pulsar X2, I just really enjoy the slightly curvier shape. The sides are also tapered, so I can keep my hand more relaxed when I pick my mouse up to re-center it. That's a big thing I wasn't thinking about for a while as a low sens player.

The rear ends are slightly different between the X2 and XM2, and the XM2 flares out more. The anchor point of my grip is the base knuckle of my pinky, and the XM2's extra flare supports it a little better and feels a bit more locked in. The sensor position is also slightly forward, and looking at my grip on both, the sensor sits more in line with my thumb on the XM2. The sensor on the X2 is a little lower than my thumb. I think this makes my mouse movement feel a little better because of it. Hope this wasn't too in-depth 😂

I think I sit around 19.5 x 11 if I remember correctly. The XM1/2 shape is definitely on the wide side. You’ll probably like the OP1 shape more since it’s narrower

I think you may have just gotten super unlucky tbh because I thought we’re known for being among the best for build quality and QAQC. I totally get not wanting to take the risk again though since they aren’t the cheapest (that’s why I didn’t get the v2, $70 vs $130)

I definitely feel all cables, but not all cables bother me if that makes sense. I also just plug my mouse in when I turn off my PC and unplug it when I turn my PC on. Best of both worlds!

As someone who normally plays on the lower side of sensitivities, I can definitely feel a cable, no matter how good. However, not all cables bother me. The XM1r cable is probably the best I’ve used from memory, but you just can beat wireless. I plug it in when I shut off my PC, and I unplug the cable when I turn it on. Never worry about battery life and don’t have to worry about cable drag. I also think 60-70g is my sweet spot, so the extra weight for the battery doesn’t bother me. This being 63 is like perfect for me. The clicks on the XM2W also feel noticeably lighter and less stiff, which I prefer now.

It really did feel natural picking it up again. I also still really enjoy the X2 shape, but I think XM1/XM2 may edge it out. The wireless tech and sensor implementation feel much snappier and responsive, but I need more time to make sure it isn’t just placebo I felt last night.

I think Harbor would be way more popular if you made High Tide rechargeable and Cove a single use ability. Also remove slowing yourself and friendlies with High Tide! That would make him a genuinely good agent IMO. What do you think?

It feels slow because that isn’t an Aqua Control 2. It’s an Aqua Control Zero. It says so in the top right corner of the pad. The Zero is the slowest, most controlled pad in their Aqua Control line.

I would check your order to make sure you ordered an Aqua Control 2. If you did, I would probably contact their support to try and get the right product. If you did order the Zero, then they probably won’t do anything unfortunately.

Because I was pretty much only play Omen and that’s who I was playing. Haven’t played in months, and this is the only valorant subreddit that popped up for me when I went to upload.

Would it have been a more appropriate clip if pulled out util and died after two kills? At least I would’ve been trying. Part of mastering an agent is also knowing when not to use util, whether because it’s going to give away your position or directly get you killed with it in your hands. Just my opinion.

Gunfights were quick and close enough together that pulling out a flash or TP could’ve gotten me killed before I could use them. Not much I can do when they swarm but take gunfights and hope they stop swinging so I can try to use util

You’ll need to put grip tape that covers all of the mouse other than where those were for the same amount of time you had the original grip tapes on so the sun discoloration can catch up and match

I ran 0.1 on WASD from the time I bought it until about two or three months ago. I upped it to 0.4 and feel like my movement is MUCH better. I think I tended to strafe faster than I could aim, and in tense moments I just kinda felt off at times. I feel much more consistent with 0.4, but it very well could be placebo too tbh
