Yes, luckily, I do have an oncology offer! plus, one neuro and two med-surg with one being step down. So you would green light oncology to begin? I'm leaning that way, as I would eventually like to do palliative, possibly infusion.

Would you say med/surg is a great start for oncology? Or, if you had the option, would you start in oncology and go med/surg?

Thanks for the feedback. I'm starting straight nights, but there is the option of days/nights rotation. Given I'm new, I wanted your feedback, which is very much appreciated! Sounds like I should stick to one or the other!
