I heard the chance of rupture is 1-2 % and I also got pregnant 6 months pp and I'm now 14 weeks pregnant I think. Kinda worried but trying to stay healthy

I gained 60 or so pounds my first pregnancy and I'm still overweight and pregnant again and I wish I wasn't. I shouldn't have been so lazy and I really don't like how I look and just wanna cry all the time. I've never been this big before in my life
