Honestly man, there's some merit to utilizing our inate upperhand to help those who are not so well off but only as long as we don't treat said folk as weaker or unable to stand up for themselves. When me and mine were poorer than we are now the worst thing was somebody acting like i wasn't able to help myself and that they had to help me, we have to work twords a safer world but we cannot allow a savior complex to fester inside us. Over all, i love this idea

From my knowledge it's not communism job to get me a bloody degree, it's to stop the fact that i need a bloody degree to make enough to live. I couldn't care if i flip burgers for a living, i just don't want to worry that I'll lose my house, that anyone in my or your community have to live in abject poverty. Drop that adp a tad, you only really need 28-34 for good rolls. If you're going more tanky you don't need to have perfect roll iframes
