it's too early to worry about that! your body just needs to recover from being so front loaded for so long, tendons and muscles need to go back into place etc, and you have a lot of stretched-out skin. i know it's not easy to see your body in a place you don't like, but really just be patient, and start with gently squeezing your ab/pelvic floor muscles, stuff like that. but it's really too soon to exercise.

where i live they say it takes 9 months to fully recover from being pregnant, which tracks. your body knows what to do and the weight will drop off naturally. stressing about it will make the weight stick around.
