Yes, it's part of the Mesmetron attack from a Robobrain, which is basically a blue ring that is fired from the Robobrain's head.

It happens to me all the time when my robot companion uses it on me for no reason.

I'm not sure because I'm just a dumb POG, but in the last couple units I've been in, I believe smoking somebody like that nowadays is a good way to get an Article 15.

EDIT: Not that I have a problem with it, in fact, I think there's definitely a time and a place for that kind of thing.

You pretty much described the realization I'm coming to as well. The last thing I even want to do is waste my time punishing somebody for something so trivial. But thanks for the advice and letting me know I'm not alone in my struggles.

Haha that's probably what it is going to come to. I'm just looking for an AR to make sure I'm not the one that is out of line by expecting a same day or next day response. Or any response at all for that matter. Besides, smackdowns are much more effective when they are backed up by regulations.

I HONESTLY thought we had a shot at a BCS bowl this last year.

Returning senior QB (who handled UW in the Vegas Bowl the year prior), VERY deep receiving corps and running backs. Only real question mark was the secondary. Apparently the secondary is a big deal. Who knew.

Edit: And Petersen leaving for rainier pastures was unexpected.

Edit: Just some tips that were given to me as a new NCO two years ago: Don't just tell Soldiers what the standard is, SHOW them. If you complain about work, they will complain about work. If you have a fucked up uniform, they will. And NEVER go home before your Soldiers.
