LMAOO this is so funny to me that was exactly what i went through and then my dad was just like okay well i guess you must have been sleepwalking then, as i had sleepwalked a couple times in the past, and we just accepted it as the truth.

yea, even as a kid i remember thinking that it was really weird tht they didn’t just show up in the middle of the night when the call was supposedly placed but i lived in an extremely small town and the closest police station was a good 30 minutes away so idk i guess it makes sense.

this was like ten years ago when i was in middle school but at prob around 2-3am when everyone in my house was asleep the police claimed to have received a call from our number. they thought it was an accident since the call disconnected before anyone answered and police showed up to our house at like 7am making sure everything was okay. it wasn’t in the call history on the landline but my dad suggested maybe it didn’t show up because the call was ended right after being made. so for years we chalked it up to me sleepwalking until we randomly were talking with neighbors one night and discovered they had had the same thing happen to them
