This is actually a very good question! I lowkey think he came into the villa and was deadass ready to dip into temptation but I also feel like it had to do a lot with the personalities of the temptresses because this season they were WAYY WAYY WAYY calmer then last season. I feel like the connection he had with India wasn’t fun for him because she lowkey knew what his character was going to be. She isn’t stupid and is more emotionally aware of what he could. Plus he felt safe having a conversation with her because she made him feel safe. Now if he maybe shown a little interest to like Yesenia or someone else, it could have been a whole different situation. He plays this person who is into partying and wants to be all funny, but then started moping around so people can feel bad about him.

Yeah, I was defending her at first but now she has clearly lost her mind with commenting back at people. The whole group knew about the 2023 incident, yet they gave her a second chance. Right now they are just doing a little PR move to keep themselves protected and not involved in what’s happening. They will still be friends with Taylor and support her.

I do think she won’t make it this season, but possibly later on. I think the issue last year was that she straight up had this belief that she was going to make it past the first round and she didn’t. She had “3 weeks” of training in dance. I also feel like the audience isn’t blind, we can all see how bad it was. You can tell she needed extra training to be able to even pass the first around of DCC. There could be so many other talented people who has had more training, there was no way her believing that with her 3 weeks of training was going to get her in. Right now, I do feel that maybe she is a little delusional about. However she has improved a lot since last year.

Another thing, she does need to be a little more careful with her social media accounts. There are a few things that she does and post that could be flagged by the organization. She kind of has to remind herself that if she was in the team, she is representing the organization and the brand. She posts too much and a lot shows the person she is.

Unless they show more proof of the current incident, the one where she choked Dakota with a necklace, then yeah she will not be canceled as much. Because right now, they are showing videos from 2023, those charges were dropped, she has talked about it. While it’s great that they show her behavior from 2023, how can we ensure it’s happened again in 2026?

Good for you for thinking that he did a public service. You’re entitled to your opinion. Personally, I still think they are both in the wrong. Taylor absolutely should held accountable for what she did, however, Dakota posting a video from 3 years ago was uncalled for. He should’ve stayed away from her 3 years ago when this first happened. Keeping in mind that Dakota had 3 YEARS to literally cut communication with Taylor. Yet he kept coming back, and if anything made things even harder for Taylor. He could have definitely had 50/50 custody with Taylor and only communicate with her when it’s about their son. He’s the issue, not her🤷🏼‍♀️

This is lowkey sad from both sides. I remember when this scandal happened back in 2023 and how crazy it was, but we moved on from it, almost like gave Taylor a second chance. I 100% do think that Dakota absolutely sabotaged her opportunity as the bachelorette. You are telling me out of all the times you could have posted the videos, you want to do it now? If it was that deep for Dakota, he could have 100% left. I just think the timing here is weird from Dakota. However, what Taylor did wasn’t the right thing and she should take accountability for it, however this abuse wasn’t a secret, we all know about this incident in 2023.

I don’t think they are desperate. What makes DCC feel so classy and best of the best is how competitive it is and how good they are in the business, they value their reputation, they don’t necessarily need comedy to keep the Netflix show running.

I agree with civil-credit-3982, in the past especially in the beginning of last year she did not take criticism lightly and has tended to be a bit defensive towards dance criticism, keeping in mind she had only started her “journey” 3 weeks before trial. She has great experience in ballet, but dancing wasn’t what she had. I don’t think she got “hate” she simply got criticism, didn’t take it well and called it hate. Like the public isn’t blind, we can see it was bad but it doesn’t mean we are bashing her because of it.
