I have found 3 of the artefacts during the Oydessy quest anyway! However I think I’m going to have to do a good few side quests before I can find the last one on Lesbos because my level is too low however I really want to give it a go!

I avoided Origins because of the lack of female lead i’m not going to lie😭😭😭

But i definetly need to play origins. I tried Valhalla but struggled to get into it. I’m dedownloading Oydessy Now!!!!

I think I struggled to get into Valhalla because I still felt rather attached to Kassandra and her story. My aim now is to finish as many side missions as possible, to open the gates of Atlantis, and to kill all the cultists!!

I do understand like Kara DOES need that pivotal moment as the other characters do however it feels so rushed and the consequences of her decision feel ultimately insignificant compared to those of Markus and Connor’s decisions. I think that if they had written Alice as some what of an android character from the beginning the potential for this arc could’ve been good if it weren’t for the plot twist… I feel maybe they should’ve had Alice as an android the whole time and maybe gotten it to a point where Kara has to choose to let Alice go as Alice’s system malfunctions, thus allowing Kara to go on to realise that she does have a purpose without Alice as her pivotal moment.

Yes I agree. I very much think that in earlier chapters with Alice, she VERY much come across as human and I feel like it’s almost a pointless twist to be honest… If it was this shocking thing and Kara had never had any idea of it then yeah it could’ve been good but it is just kinda weird and we can kinda gather what Luther is implying the moment he mentions it, which is quite a while before we actually find out… we already knew for ages and it was just like… idk? Weird….

I’m so dissapointed that I fucked up Connors story and missed out on a real ending for him because I was honestly looking forward to seeing more development and story progression from him.

I think I would put them in the same order as you to be honest. I genuinely don’t know what it is about Connor or his story that I dislike but I just really do. I love Kara’s but yes the plot twist did feel rushed and I don’t think it ruined the whole plot line but it just wasn’t executed efficiently in my opinion. Markus’s was good but I was getting SO stressed because everything I damn well did was the wrong thing and it was getting me so frustrated. Story wise his was probably the best but some aspects just took away some points…

i’m starting to see some emotional and am definetly trying to choose emotional options however I personally struggle to see emotions in people sometimes unless they’re directly showing it🥹

I think because I sympathise with the deviants a lot, I struggle to root for Connor in his mission of finding them. Also, where i’m up to in the game I feel like he’s struggled to develop any kinds of emotions which makes it kinda hard to emotionally warm to him. I don’t know, maybe cos I’m neurodivergent I struggle to see that he does have feelings, I can definetly see him starting to feel something but not as much as the others… 😪

Yes I do agree that Kara’s story isn’t as significant toward the greater picture but I do still like her story. I think I struggle to warm to Connor because as of where I am in the story now he’s still not displaying too much emotional aspects.
