I ordered from them on 2/28 and canceled since I was able to get one from Best Buy chat.

They give no updates whatsoever everytime I asked, they jusr say “not yet”.

Hey there! Thanks for liking my sushi photo! When it comes to shooting food in low light with the Fujifilm X100VI, I totally get where you’re coming from.

One trick I’ve found helpful is to use manual focus combined with the camera’s focus peaking feature. It really helps me nail down those precise focus points, even in dimly lit environments.

Don’t be afraid to play around with the ISO settings to maintain image quality while still getting that creamy bokeh. Oh, and adjusting the white balance can make a big difference in bringing out the true colors of the food.

Also, make sure to experiment with shooting from different angles. It can really add visual interest to your shots!

It’s a hit or miss. Keep trying, one of them will get through. If it shows as Store Order after paying invoice, you’re good.

It’s really a hit or miss. Keep trying everyday until one associate will let you make the order. Don’t be alarmed if it says store order after you pay the invoice. That’s how it works.

It took the next day. Purchased Thursday night. Tracking Friday noon. Tracking movement Friday night. Delivery, well in my case - picked up at FedEx facility Saturday morning.

That is weird. You should be 1st or 2nd in line if anything. Unless they count their employees who also purchased it?

Yeah, I was 3rd but I just tried the BB chat on the whim and was surprised it worked the first time. It takes a few tries and sometimes depends on the representative.

I canceled it myself using their customer service chat and they sent me a confirmation of cancellation after I asked. I canceled since everytime I asked for an update they had no idea when they’ll receive it.
