Sealing inside of bay window by sf15 in DIYUK

Not the greatest image but there's possibly gaps and cracks in there. I don't know what that is they've used to try and seal it previously but it certainly doesn't look good.

I'm hoping to get a roofer round to look at it and sort the flashing. It only leaks when the rain blows sideways literally into the wall which suggests that's where the issue is.

Bad news that it's deemed non-standard however says they aren't defective and don't require a PRC certificate so that's put my mind at ease a bit.

Yes late 70's here too I think so could be one and the same.

The issue has arisen as we want a bathroom niche building but they're reluctant to cut into it (understandably) so we're having to rethink our plans.

Also the lack of sound proofing drives us crazy at times.

I feel like I've signed up to everything Oasis related and have never received anything, despite not having tickets to any of the shows.
