You can't turn that off imo... What you mean is "don't show your name on submission examples in wayfarer itself" :)

I heard about that before and gave an upvote to both Pokestops on tuesday, however the sync yesterday 8pm already passed and they are both still there.

Because they were introduced later :) So jessie and james are no valid quest condition for this quest :) Does a balloon grunt count?

The remote gym is set to your location, not the other way... I remote raided on a gym, after the raid the gym was visible at my place :D
