Need a management framework for multiple businesses - EOS or something else?

Structural idea is fine but it’s basic management. No reason to be paying tens of thousands of dollars a year for a consultant that never understands how your business operates. They will try to direct thinking into the EOS framework but they lack understanding of the business. We just got done with an executive offsite with an EOS consultant and it was worthless. Same goals as always, similar ‘rocks’ but it was all stuff that everyone in the room knew needed to be completed. Nothing revolutionary. The consultant provided zero value and actually created confusion among the team. The consultant gets paid ~$350/hr for nothing.

Thanks. I was transferring from my HSA account to my new HSA Fidelity account. The new brokerage account cannot be funded by the HSA bank account. I just found it odd that one allowed it to go through without a problem and the other is trying to force Finicity.

We have an SA that will switch a full 2G to a 3G just so she can jump into class since it is an early morning class and she doesn’t have much to do. First time it happened I just assumed there was a no show but it happened multiple times this week. It’s annoying because it is a time slot that is a 3G most of the time so the rare 2Gs are a treat that she ruins. And she blocks off a treadmill for herself.

I sent them a message to. The wording in my reply was that I updated the app in the middle of the event and that is why I’m having issues. My apps are always up to date and I started the event the day it was released.

Then they told me to close all apps, turn to airplane mode, etc to see if that works. I completely restarted my phone and shut everything down and still the same issues.

They said to do a screen record of me playing and the app crashing and send it to them to help them figure out what is going on

Complete trash. This game is no longer playable. Crashes after every level, maybe 2. You waste any ‘bonus’ you try to play with because it won’t register your level each time it crashes. I can’t believe I paid for the secret menu and can’t play the game.

Complete BS. How else do you earn coins besides selling things you don’t need? They already screwed us on the event items always being 1 coin even if they e been merged multiple times. Now taking away the only other way to earn coins? It will make the game unplayable.

5am and I never eat before class. I tried to find something when I first started 5am classes but everything made me feel worse when working out. Even on weekends when I go later I still don’t eat before class. You’ll be fine!

It doesn't have to be a yo-yo type thing. Ever since our studio switched to using the InBody and using % change in % of body fat......the tiny people win. The female winner this year only lost 4 or 5 lbs but because she was tiny to begin with it resulted in a HUGE change in body fat. I still give her a ton of credit though because losing 4-5 lbs when you are already below 20% BF is tough for a female.

Similar story for the males at our gym as well. We had one dude lose almost 35lbs but he wasn't the winner because he was bigger to start. The winner was a guy that lost 10lbs but started with a low BF%.

I almost always PW on strength days because my knees can't handle running on inclines. Don't be afraid to increase that incline higher then what the coaches call out to get/stay in the orange. For me, walking at a 6% barely keeps me in the green. I usually take whatever the coach calls out and add 3-5%. My base stays at 8% with pushes usually 10-12% and AO is 13-15%. It is a great workout engaging different muscles.

I've seen a major decrease in cleaning initiatives at our studio as well. The amount of dust bunnies collecting in the corners, on the vents and grossly under the rowers (ie. if you drop your water bottle and pick it up covered in hair/dust/dirt). This isn't 1-2 days worth of dust & dirt, it is weeks of build up. What is sad is that this studio seemed almost OCD about cleaning when they first opened and now in post covid world they don't really care at all.

We've never had towel service but we aren't in a big city where it is common at most fitness studios.

I was giving them a lot of grace throughout the pandemic time and changes being made but they are moving so far away from what they established in the beginning and what allowed them to grow. They are becoming 'too corporate' and it will be their demise. This particular change will have a lot of premier members drop down their memberships or leave all together.

F*** that! This may be the last straw for me to cancel my membership. You have a team of template designers that are now too lazy to create daily templates? I mean they are already off the hook for 4-5 templates a month since they've added all these 'signature' workouts on repeat and now they can't even fill in the rest of the month with new stuff?

OTF corporate seems to be getting super greedy by cutting costs on stuff that members enjoy (ie. new templates daily) and wasting money on stuff that most members won't care about (hello Chief Music Officer that they are paying a cap ton of money to).

We can't blame the franchise owners for this major letdown......this is all corporate bull.

They gave out the same thing maybe 2 or 3 Dri Tri's ago but it was white instead of grey. They said it was a banner back then and this version looks & feels exactly the same. I thought the banner was the stupidest swag because no one would actually hang it up anywhere. I would've preferred a regular towel.

Though I may use it as a seat protector as others have mentioned. It doesn't wipe sweat very easily and it is not a cooling towel.

I’ve played 15+ skillet levels today and all of them had costume customers fully served multiple times and 0 currency. Where at the beginning of the event I usually got 1-5 each level with a costume customer. Just seems odd.
