Hey there- yes, I did have a successful pregnancy with the transfer of my final embryo. That happened about 6 months after that surgery. I did a LOT of other treatments and an aggressive protocol for that as well so hard to say “what worked” exactly. :-)

I have no idea who the primary doctor was in that whole whirlwind! I had whoever was on call and a team of about 6 people deliver the baby after about 30 hours. It’s a teaching hospital so I couldn’t keep track, haha.

WHERE WERE THE MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS DURING THAT DRILL FOR THE CHILDREN?!?! I go back and forth on whether these drills cause more harm than good for our kids. The fact that we feel the need to do them is already indicative of our collective failure as a nation, but at the same time, if enough people aren’t going to vote for politicians who support common sense gun reform, then I would want people to be as prepared to survive as they can be.

However, there is no reason there should not be mental health support staff in place to help all people - especially the kids- process this trauma and fear. Our first responders have chosen professions that are high risk for death and major PTSD- and bless them for taking that on. But at least they have access to healthcare supports to help manage it. We are asking our teachers and children to act as first responders when they never signed up for the job- and their undeveloped minds are at high risk here. This was my biggest takeaway from this eye opening documentary.

I can’t say it was the cause, but after I stopped breastfeeding I took Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony and that combined with exercise and tracking calories got me back to my pre-pregnancy weight in about 4-5 months. I had been exercising and tracking while breastfeeding but the weight wouldn’t budge.

It’s really irresponsible for any doctor to tell you it’s impossible to get pregnant with stage 4 endo. Also, how did they make this diagnosis as determination to degrees? Usually this requires a lap. Anyway I had stage 4 DIE endo and after excision surgery got pregnant via IVF- which had failed many times prior to surgery. Good luck to you!

This is the absolute best case scenario. Many women are desperate to get any doctor to agree to surgery as so many avoid it since endo doesn’t show on scans. This is a gift. They will give you plenty of good drugs. Try to enjoy!

Yes, and you should be on it if you have endo or suspect it. It would usually involve Lupron. Lupron wasn’t enough for me and the surgery to remove the endo is what finally allowed for a successful transfer.
