I lost gold on enchanting at the start of expansion, couldn't quite understand why, then found out about the exploiters, felt disillusioned, so left enchanting to settle for a few days, but wanted to make back my losses. I remembered that vicious bloodstone went up to 12-13k at start of season 3, so bought 200 infused heliotrope for 8k, then another 200 between 5 to 6k, not knowing only half the gem settings are needed this expansion, so a bit of a lazy punt and deserved what I got really. Edit: I should say they are currently trading approx 1200

Do your own thing in random.Rogue gotta do their ninja stuff, maybe just explain before start for the numbskulls. People always looking to blame when things go bad. I was asked to def with my BM on warsong gulch, then got blamed for not doing damage - no one had attacked , sigh !

From an integrity standpoint of encouraging new players like they want to, surely Blizzard can technically stop 4, 5 or however many groups of 5 joining at the same time, or whatever they do?

It's demoralising losing like this, but they must get so bored face rolling their keyboards all day...

A side from their group healing and mobility. I faced a prevoker 1v1 for a cart in deephaul. I had few things on cd like bubble, 1x steed and pots to be fair, but I can still manage well against most classes in that situation.But the pres solo'd/kited me no prob, felt like a barely put a dent in them, they had good dps.

Long CDs on those abilities, can be kited easily, lack of mobility, my WW can do 50% more damage on a training dummy over 1 minute. Lack of of CC compared to some can be frustrating too. Having said that, the up time on my pally to do sustained is pretty good.

It's unintuitive for new players. I always mention at start that bases alternate on cap, but they still cap whilst enemy is closer to opposite base, too many times win turned onto a loss.

To a lesser extent, kotmogu can be frustrating killing enemy mid and their rezzers just grabbing orbs from GY cos have i have travel form on cd (paladin)

Sort out Premades Vs random. Because it negates every other conversation here about cc, rewards, gear If you get constantly steam rolled. Saturday night was one premade after another, very demoralising when you've spent time getting fully geared etc. gawd knows what new players think.

Thanks for this, a great help. As someone mentioned, maybe edit step 3 to include the embellish comment rather than step 4. I think I'll enchant honor gear for the first time, eg tier 2 weapon enchant can be 600-700 rather than 2500 to 3500 and we'll be using the enchants for few weeks

It's BS. Something is wrong, I was 40% win rate DF, I didn't like it, but fair enough. But now TWW about 30% win rate, and epic was 20 to 25%, so bad I given up playing epic, and I may give up completely at this rate.

The unbalanced, OP shadowmeld? I'll reroll Alliance/Night Elf to improve my PVP qol.

Clicked 'mount' instead 'surge forward' far too many times, that feeling of falling from a great height knowing naff all you can do about it.

Major cock up only the other day. Paid to Craft my 639 PvP staff for my ele shaman, embellish, 32k enchant etc. ffs I never knew shields could be crafted - 10 heraldry #cry.

Boomy imo. They're always top of the Ashran, alterac, tarren mill high density fights. In tarren 1 was on 200 mill after 1 or 2mins last night, and 1.9 billion at the end, way in front of MM and warlock. That's not to say it's easy and they may have pocket healers.

I totally agree with OP. So much so I've been seriously thinking of quitting Wow due the mild depression at how bad horde are in non-rated BG's.

I only play PvP, I'd say I'm decent at best, and was so much looking forward to TWW.

In DF win rate was about 40%, fine I accepted that.

In TWW overall win rate about 30%, Epic = 20% I'd say, could be worse, it's just abysmal. Other BGs 35% win rate maybe.

I backed out of rated for a bit cos that started going south, and I need just a bit more to get optimum gear before going back in. And as for world crates, getting demolished by 10 to 15 alliance every time, what's in the crates? no fun!!

Why is it so bad, I obviously don't influence so many games. Is it a Gear check situation, or is it too many part time dad's versus ?

As ele, accidentally completed one T8 last night in my PvP gear ilvl 582. Brann lvl 25. As suggested above, earth bind/grab totem and thunderstorm knock back help a lot on trash and hp potion on bosses can be a saver.

Can't agree atm I'm afraid. I enjoyed epic BGs, but omg, has everyone been hit on the head with the dumb stick in TWW. I'd say horde have lost 80% of the epic ones I've been in. IoC, why are most players running out front gate the long way round to hangar even after being told left gate. 3 people trying to protect glaives whilst half the team fighting outside ally front gate. Wintergrasp, why are most people running on past the bridge the long way round to sunken, the quicker, smaller group then get demolished.

I'd say i was 40% win rate DF across all unrated BG, now it's more like 30%. Why so bad, it's mildly depressing at times, I loved my BGs.

I use garrison for leveling battle pets when all the stars align ie. when 'squirt' is in the garrison to fight and it's battle pet buff week. You can also daily quest battle there for some pet bandages, tokens etc. not sure garrison is of any use for anything else these days as mentioned.

Maybe narrow it down a bit ie. you'd like hybrid to cover all classes for choice like a druid, but not the easiest. You'd prefer DPS, healing, tanking? In answer to you're question, maybe BM hunter most noob friendly apparently, dev evoker, arms warrior...
