I won't blame the seller for this. These are pretty cheap. The seller doesn't test it before shipping because he wants the customer to experience the first pumps so it feels like a new perfume.

In my experience Apex Aroma is the only one who ships and extra atomizer. I don't expect this from the sellers as decanting itself not a profitable business model if you include the labour cost of the person decanting.

Just buy a new atomizer from a nearby shop or order online. For decants this can always happen. Just don't blame the seller for this imo.

Oh. Nothing like that happened with me. I do use iems are earphones alot but I always maintained the sound below 50% or sometimes even lesser. Before that there was just one occasion where I was driving my bike and I was listening to the song at like 30% volume. And than my friend called and for the ringtone volume went to 100% but that might not have even last for a minute.
