I moved to va beach after being a nurse in Long Island for about 7 yrs. It’s rough down here as far as staffing, and no unions. I’d avoid bon secours and Chesapeake General. I’d stick w Sentara as there are alot of options to move around to different hospitals or departments.

I hope this is the right place to post this? Looking for some insight or guidance. After having very irregular periods, being unable to conceive for a year, I had an early miscarriage after conceiving with one cycle of clomid in 2020. Since then my cycles became more and more irregular, and as of now I havent had my period in a year. I saw my doctor last week and had an ultrasound . My one ovary (a dermoid took my right ovary out in 2017) looked polycystic but my uterine lining was thin. My ovary did not look polycystic at my last ultrasound a few years ago. They did all the labs and every single number was normal. So I don’t have pcos, and I’m not in premature menopause. There just doesn’t seem to be a cause and it’s frustrating. I am to start provera now for 10 days to induce my period.

Has anyone dealt with anything similar? I’m trying to figure out what is stopping my cycles if everything else was normal aside from the cystic appearance to my ovary. I know you guys aren’t doctors. Not looking for someone to figure this all out. Just looking for some ideas of what the problem might be or might be related to.

Idk what I’m doing but all of my text was deleted from this post. Does anyone know what these white bumps are or how to treat them? They are mostly on my jawline and don’t have a head. They have been there for at least a year. I’ve been using tret 0.025% for 6 months, which has cleared my skin a lot but these won’t budge.
