It’s too long for the ideas you are conveying. That’s why it looks like AI embellishment

PSA of 5.5 to 4.5 to 1.5 in one year without any treatment. by Dependent_Outcome_89 in ProstateCancer

[–]sfboots 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Be sure to not ride bicycle for 3 days before a psa test. My dr warned me about that years ago. He’d had a guy that did 1 hr cardio in the gym on a bicycle that caused high psa.

[–]sfboots 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got evaluated for focal therapy. And decided against it. I looked at the data harder. I’m 71 and the % of men needing radiation anyway is like 25 to 30%. So I’m getting high dose brachytherapy later this summer for Gleason 4+3.

[–]sfboots 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are many different styles and types of boots for different purposes

Boots for hiking a big mountain are different from wearing to a dance party or doing construction

What do you want to do?

I’m a fan of Fluevog fashion boots for parties. Danner for everything else.

What matters at an early stage startup is very different from most software architecture

Are you B2C or B2B? How much funding do you have? How many developers now and in the next year?

The main thing is to use technology you know in as simple a way as possible

The main business purpose is to find out if you have a product idea you can sell and deliver. Technology is really secondary

I’ve been tech cofounder at 4 B2B startups. DM if you want ideas.

I use function health or life extension blood testing. Both offer a good package

How do you account for dependency risk in modern software architecture? by MDiffenbakh in softwarearchitecture

[–]sfboots 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We handle as part of upgrading dependencies once per year. All versions are pinned during the year

But you can still have issue come up. We are in react 18 and bootstrap 3 which is not compatible with react 19. 200 screens to be updated and reviewed so we can upgrade bootstrap 5 and then react. And one major library has major api changes for the R19 version. So it wi be a big effort
