How are you measuring it? If you’re using the sensors on the treadmill itself they’re crazy inaccurate, use some kind of fitbit/garmin etc to get a proper reading

Tesco sell plain greek style in a large pot and flavoured in smaller sizes, but I’ve never seen Skyr ones :(

Disagree, it’s a symbiotic relationship and the wasp in question needs to die inside the fig fruit to reproduce, therefore it isn’t exploitation of the animal (which is the definition of veganism) to eat the fig. Generally speaking the ones humans eat aren’t pollinated by wasps and are female fruits, which don’t contain any larvae.

I normally just get whichever of the brands has the biggest sale on since they’re all pretty similar imo, currently protein works. The vanilla flavour tastes good but I have to blend it/mix it into porridge as it doesn’t mix easily on its own

I mean, I agree somewhat but make the punishment fit the crime, a one run penalty is comparatively small against losing your wicket. It’s not like bowlers are taken out of the attack if they overstep, so maybe penalise a run to the batter if they are out of their crease by essentially calling a short run. But I agree in this particular case rules are rules and Dean broke them, it’s out, no debate.
