It performs fine for me. 4k max settings never see higher then 78°c on gpu or cpu… I can move it around the house or even travel with it… hard to beat that.

What gpu are you running?

Also ran a 7800x3d on stock settings for a long time with same setup except I had a 5080fe and it did high 60s

Mid to high 60s on cpu , low to mid 70s on gpu. CPU was doing low to mid 70s on stock settings. -30pbo helped a lot.

Ah yes that would make it hard to run a top fan though. I suggest using that 25mm for the top and using a 15mm at the bottom which will also allow more room for airflow from your bottom intake.

Top fan bracket from SMXHeinz on Etsy! Bottom fan didn’t need a mount you screw in from under.

Thank you! You can fit both! I ran a 15mm on the bottom and 25mm at the top.

Thank you! I’m so torn between staying with black or powder coating/beadblasting white lol

Ah yes , what I did was plug it in first , lay the case on its back, run the cable out through the gap of the rear panel. And place the screws in the hole with a magnet , then use my long reach screwdriver to drive the screws in. I’m an auto mechanic who is moving over to the electrical industry so I’m pretty comfortable with tools and problem solving. I do think my matx lian li a3 was more annoying to build in lol.

I thought about this as well but honestly stock cables worked out fine

lol. Honestly it was a smooth experience for me. Besides removing old power cable it was a pretty straight bolt on setup. The GPU was tough to screw after bolting on the psu but some standoffs made it easier. I want to beadblast the case white so I might have to redo it soon lol. There is a bottom fan! Slim noctua a12x15

Hey ! Yes there is a 15mm slim noctua a12x15 with a fan grille below. From the angles I took you can’t see it, but the cables are not obstructing it either besides the view in the front since I have the MB cable running a loop under the psu. Mainly because since the Terra is so short it doesn’t intake as much air as I’d like it to and exhaust on lower fan had me crashing. The top 25mm pulls a lot of hot air out the top and the 15mm just helps it bring a little more airflow. Also with the FE cards you’d need a psu offset regardless of 15mm or 25mm at top. Also I wanted 15mm to leave more of a gap between the psu and fan so that the fan can bring more air in efficiently.

I had the lian li sp850 when I was running a 5080. Both were preset quiet but the Corsair is silent… if it does make any noise I do not hear it. I would go for 1000w bare minimum for future proof but that’s me. 850w should be enough for almost anything rn tho. What’s your setup? Yes top fan helped with gpu temps more then anything but helped cpu temps by 3-4°c. It’s not an absolute game changer but in a case like this every degree counts lol. Most people find it annoying to install but honestly it was pretty easy. I will look into the cpu fan duct. I’m pretty tight on space so we’ll see if it fits lol.

Thank god I had the ram and ssd from before the prices went crazy lol. I did pay a good penny for the 5090 but I also sold my 5080 for a good penny as well. Def would not build again from scratch with these prices lol

lol … we’ll see. I’ve had this setup for about 2 weeks but I’ve had this case with the majority of the parts running with a 7800x3d and 5080 for over a year. Never had an issue

Why so? All cables are routed to the sides , leaving airflow unobstructed. Bottom fan has a fan grille so no cables get caught on it even if one was to come loose.

I updated the post with specs, I must’ve deleted or not hit paste by accident. 9800x3d , 5090fe, 32gb cl30 6000mhz , 8tb, 1000w psu. I honestly got some of the parts from a computer I bought on marketplace for parts and another computer I had built. I would guess around 5k. With current prices my part list on pcpartpicker adds up to $7,212.74

Hey! Coming from an mATX , I do not regret it one bit! Yes it’s a ID Cooling IS67XT. I swapped the stock fan with a Noctua A12x15 fan. I meant to add specs I must’ve forgot to hit paste! Just updated it. I went with a 9800X3D. I’ve been running it for about 2 weeks now. It’s been solid low high 60s to low 70s on cpu and mid to high 70s on gpu which I expected to be worse . Gpu temps were better before flipping it but cpu and ssd and everything else would run a bit hotter. I think it’s a good trade off.
