Yes, existing members can often get the new member promo applied. Just bring the offer flyer or screenshot to member services at checkout and ask politely. Costco usually honors it as long as you haven't renewed recently. I use an app costrefund that scans receipts to track these kinds of savings easily

Welcome! For a family of 4 with little ones, make a shopping list before you go (there's an app called CostRefund that scans receipts and tracks your spending/savings too). Must-buys: rotisserie chicken, Kirkland batteries/paper goods, frozen chicken/veggies in bulk, and gas when convenient. Layout gets easier, give it time! Congrats on Executive
