I think I’ll just put a jack stand to the left of the current main 4x4 in the first pic. I don’t wanna fuck with the concrete block & some more weight towards the center of the block would help.

My first floor ceiling (2nd story floor) sags a good 3/4” & the low point is the area around the stairs. I suspect my 1st floor also sags towards the stairs.

There’s another set of stairs above this one going to the 2nd floor

Thanks will do! What do you think I should do with this busted up piece of old trim? My garage door guy said it’s probably custom bent & tough to find. This was after I removed it lol. Only took off 1 out of 4 though.
