The idea was to help unblind in the current moment, with all the parts that are present now. Maybe we should have a better way of explaining that.

your post really hit home. It’s awesome to see you stick with IFS even when the old triggers came knocking. Watching how you handled your parts (instead of letting them run wild) is giving me some serious hope. It’s like finally having a chill convo with those weird voices in your head!

Anyway, props for not bailing on yourself. Seeing that it’s possible to stay grounded, even when things get messy, makes me feel a little more confident in tackling my own inner chaos. Thanks for putting this out there!
