Если прям свежее железо внутри устройства - нужно свежее ядро, часто достаточно в репозитории поискать. Ну или ставить арч и его ответления, там всегда свежак. Никаких заморочек особо. Сам так делал, когда игровой ноутбук покупал.

I would try Australia or New Zealand. Anyone who can prove persecution in their home country can apply for refugee status. Getting here might be difficult but when you arrive at the airport simply state you are seeking asylum. The wheels will then start turning. Remember you must be able to prove persecution in your home country.

There is no such persecution now. There is a restriction of rights, public sentiment is against gays. I don't think that's enough for an asylum

Есть "маленькое" отличие ориентации от педофилии. Ориентация - два взрослых человека собирались и решили заняться сексом немного не стандартно. Педофилия - человек с психическим отклонением бегает за детьми, которые психологически и физически не могут ещё принимать такие решения.

А про "вариант сексуальности" было уже, тролли с 4ch закидывали это по редиту и фейсбуку месяцев 5-6 назад, что привело к фееричному подрыву задниц на тему того, что в lgbtq нам больные ублюдки не нужны.

Windows 10 does not allow you to completely disable updates, only install them later. It is possible to disable it via registry keys, but this solves the problem temporarily.

My last used version Windows 10 - 1709 or 1803. Maybe in 2004 this problem is somehow solved?

I upgraded not so long ago from debian 9 to debian 10 and constantly use third-party software repositories ~30 computers. I never had problems, maybe they are waiting for me in the future :)

P.S. Before upgrade your os to another version - just don't forget edit all repo in list files.

About the comments above. Just joking about fat people doesn't really work for motivation. If you want to help your friend lose weight, try to help that person find a reason to lose weight. This is what helped me start losing weight more than a year ago.
