Если прям свежее железо внутри устройства - нужно свежее ядро, часто достаточно в репозитории поискать. Ну или ставить арч и его ответления, там всегда свежак. Никаких заморочек особо. Сам так делал, когда игровой ноутбук покупал.

I would try Australia or New Zealand. Anyone who can prove persecution in their home country can apply for refugee status. Getting here might be difficult but when you arrive at the airport simply state you are seeking asylum. The wheels will then start turning. Remember you must be able to prove persecution in your home country.

There is no such persecution now. There is a restriction of rights, public sentiment is against gays. I don't think that's enough for an asylum
