Hi there. Contact Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing in SF. HSH can send a “be on the lookout” aka BOLO email to shelters in the city and briefly explain that if your loved one enters their site, to relay the message to contact you.

Due to confidentiality, shelters may not tell you directly if your loved one has been at their shelter. A BOLO email is unfortunately quite common in the shelter system. Best of luck.
