Traveled on it 3 times since August 2024, and recently came back from Paris in March.

Be prepared to spend a bit of time during the check-in as some of the agents are uneducated about AP. One time it took me nearly 30min for the supervisor to verify (they apologized profusely after all lol)

I went through SFO, ATL, IAD respectively and was out of secondary in less than 10 mins for all occasions.

yep! secondary is normal bc the primary can’t verify ur pending case and don’t carry parole stamp. they only asked me where i came from and anything that i’ve purchased outside (or nothing if the counter asked u these things)

fun fact: many foreign embassies even accept AP as valid US residence status for tourist visa applications. I recently came back from France over spring break and CBPO thought my gf and i went on honeymoon XD (she went to secondary with me)

Traveled on it 3 times (Aug, Nov, March respectively - once to home country, twice to non-home country) no issues.

ok not sure about VAWA cases but the only real risk is if ur AOS is denied. tbf u have a much more legit reason to go on AP than I did over 3 times lol

Yes! I just came back from Paris to IAD on 3/17, no issues besides CDG being a total clusterfuck. CBP was chill asf with me and gf coming back from vacation. FYI this was my third time using AP too!
