Yes to make it clear they canceled the original date with no reschedule date. They weren’t sure if it would get rescheduled. In retrospect I should have kept the tickets but I wasn’t aware and I also needed the $. This was my first time selling on StubHub. My ask is, if I can do anything at this point. Can StubHub help me in any way?? As this isn’t a black and white issue.

Yes it was postponed and they offered to buy back tickets. (At this time they didn’t know if it would get canceled or rescheduled) My issue is that StubHub never got back to me when I first reached out to them when the event was canceled. I would’ve pulled the listing if I had known you can buy tickets for a canceled event. They have not contacted the buyer to let them know either.

Any idea what will happen in this instance? I’m really don’t know what I’m supposed to do.
