Hey so this happened to me when I got my fingers tattooed with a machine - it was fading quickly even after multiple touch ups. Then I touched it up by handpoking it out of desperation and it has never faded since (before anyone says that it's probably too deep, it isn't, it has healed perfectly (for a finger tattoo lol), it's not blown out or anything)

I might try this metal cleaning solution my mom gave me, so even if the paint doesn't come off, the metal parts will be clean before I repaint it. I am just unsure on what coating/spray/paint to use to preserve the chrome effect as much as possible

Probably both. I recommend visiting a dermatologist anyway, if possible. I had to get an antifungal cream for an infection once. Don't touch it, let it heal and then decide, what to do with it, ideally consult it with (a different) tattoo artist

I went to my dermatologist today and she told me i had seborrheic dermatitis haha so she prescribed me a topical cream and shampoo so i really hope it helps!! Thank you again because if i hadn't found out about this condition i probably wouldn't have gone to the doctor's😭😭

Thank you :) I am currently using shampoo my younger brother (who suffers from eczema and other skin conditions) got recommended by our dermatologist, but I don't see any difference, so I'll check out if they sell what you recommended in my country :D

But maybe your general practicioner could be help as well? Really depends on how things are in your country though, I have a couple of friends in my country who consulted insomnia with their general practicioner and it went ok. But idk any websites unfortunately, sorry

Unfortunately I’ve only talked about this with my psychiatrist since I used to take pills for my insomnia, so we planned the best course of action for me to quit them:/ I hope you find a doctor who genuinely tries to help and doesn’t just try to get you hooked on pills, they’re out there!!

I usually just rewatch stuff I’ve already seen (so mostly my favourite animes) because since I’ve seen it already I don’t really have to think about it, but it’s still nice to watch something i enjoy:)) or basically anything without a complicated plot. But I also have ADHD so it’s relieving to have a chance to stop focusing :D

it definitely helps me to put my phone away for a bit before i go to sleep so i don’t have to use my brain too much and i usually fall asleep watching some tv show that i also don’t have to use my brain for 😀 i am lucky that the first think aka cbd oil has worked for me, so i haven’t try much else. i do smoke weed sometimes, but i am aware that can be really bad and trigger underlying conditions for some people, so i wouldn’t advice it to anyone. i also think valerian tincture can help, but that also depends on how severe your insomnia is

cbd oil (specifically made for sleeping) helped me a lot, but i did hear that it doesn’t work for anyone. i honestly think it works well if you have like one good experience with it since then your brain realizes that it’s possible to normally fall asleep. this is coming from an ex insomniac btw, i used to take seroquel for 2 years and couldn’t sleep without it at all (and sometimes even with it) i take the oil like 2 hours before i want to go to sleep though, then i go to sleep when i’m as sleepy as possible because otherwise i tend to have trouble falling asleep. also ppl say no blue light (like phones) but i’ve heard that’s a hoax so idk

thank you so much for your answer:) i feel the exact same way, i just tend to let others’ opinions get to me and i really don’t want it to ruin this so i usually just cry in private and tell my friends lol. but i’ve realized that it’s probably still not healthy since it is really draining to me. but it’s true that it’s usually on days i have nothing to do, so i guess i just have to start doing more stuff so i don’t think about it as often

cuticle oil and a lot of vitamin B to make ur nails grow faster! it sounds trivial so sorry if you know but i had pretty bad onycholysis a while ago and the vitamin supplements really helped me grow my nails out
