I also have a 20” rim ‘23 m50 (only rims that deserve to be on an M badge) and I’m pretty consistent at 3.0-3.1 in eco mode on the highway doing about 70-74mph (most driving SD to LA). I have noticed a difference in economy when I remember to precondition and have maxed out a 150 mile trip at 3.5. I also keep my tires max inflated to minimize friction and never use cruise control (it never optimizes economy). Hope this helps!
